Our P1.86 modular panels can be configured into virtually any size. Common configurations range from 8×6 ft cocktail-hour displays to 24×14 ft main-stage backdrops. We design the layout around your venue and content — bring us the space dimensions and we'll build the ideal spec.
Pixel pitch is the distance between each LED cluster. Lower numbers = sharper image. Budget rental companies typically use P3.9 or P4.8 panels — fine for large arenas viewed from 30+ feet, but noticeably pixelated at 10–15 feet. At luxury events where guests are up close, P1.86 is the only specification that looks genuinely premium.
Yes — all three simultaneously if needed. Our video processor handles HDMI and SDI inputs, allowing live camera magnification (IMAG), slideshow playback, and full-motion video from a laptop or media server. We can also display custom animated monograms, countdown clocks, or branded overlays in real time.
Peak season (May–October) dates book 6–12 months in advance. Off-peak, we can often accommodate 4–6 weeks notice. We recommend securing your date as early as possible — LED wall availability is limited by panel inventory, and popular venues fill quickly. A deposit locks your date.
Completely. Our crew handles load-in, rigging, programming, operation during the event, and full strike. You never touch a panel. We coordinate directly with venue event managers and your other vendors to ensure a seamless timeline.
Our primary service area covers San Diego County — including downtown San Diego, La Jolla, Del Mar, Rancho Santa Fe, Temecula wine country, and Carlsbad. We also travel to Orange County and Los Angeles for larger productions. Travel fees may apply outside San Diego County.
